DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to teach the student how to apply the fundamentals of pistol shooting beyond the basics. The goal is to give the student the tools needed to effectively keep on building upon what they know and develop their shooting skills\nDuring this period of instruction you will acquire knowledge in: \nSafety rules\nReview of the basics\nSituational awareness\nSurvival mindset\nDrawing from a holster\nHigh compress ready position\nPresentation of your handgun\nMalfunctions\nTactical reload\nSingle threat engagement\nManeuver out of a stationary position (out of the “X”)\nShot placement with bystanders \nRequirements: Students should be familiar with their equipment and have basic gun handling skills established prior to attending this handgun training course.
